A practical summary of the information AIPlayCraft uses to provide learning profiles, programs, bookings, payments, meetings, Minecraft profiles, and regional settings.
Information the website stores
AIPlayCraft may store account email, profile name, account type, timezone, Minecraft edition and display name, family-player profiles, learner-chosen AI lesson notes, the short AI lesson introduction prepared from those notes, bookings, orders, class attendance details, a coarse country code, and admin audit events.
Learning memory and AI lesson introduction
My Account lets a learner save optional learning details such as current skill level, goals, favorite Minecraft topics, preferred pace, or projects. AIPlayCraft turns those learner-chosen notes into a short lesson introduction so future AI sessions can start with more context and avoid unnecessary repetition. Customers control what they enter and can replace or remove the notes at any time. Sensitive personal information should not be added unless it is genuinely needed for the learning experience.
Automatic country and timezone
When a signed-in account page loads, AIPlayCraft may infer the visitor's country at country-only precision from the network IP address or a hosting/CDN country header. It also reads the device's IANA timezone from the browser so class times use the device setting. This feature does not request GPS access and does not try to determine an exact address, city, or coordinates. The profile-location record stores the resulting country, timezone, source, and detection time rather than the raw IP address. IP-based country detection may show a VPN or proxy exit country and cannot reliably reveal the physical country hidden behind it.
Payment information
Card payment pages are hosted by Stripe. AIPlayCraft stores payment and order references needed to confirm bookings and learning-program purchases, but the website should not store raw card numbers. Alipay is only shown when its approved checkout flow is enabled.
Service providers
SiteGround hosts the website and administrator database. Supabase provides customer authentication and operational Postgres data. Resend can deliver authentication email through Supabase. Stripe can process supported payments. A country-only IP lookup provider may process a visitor IP when the hosting or CDN layer has not already supplied a country code.
Bot runtime data
Bot credentials, AI provider keys, process files, runtime memories, and detailed bot logs stay on the separate bot VPS rather than the public website database. The learner introduction is a small account-level summary intended to give future AI lessons a consistent starting point.
Your choices
Customers can update their profile information, timezone, and learner memory in My Account. They can clear the learning notes by saving an empty field. For account or data questions, contact the AIPlayCraft administrator through the contact method provided with the class or booking.
